Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Personalized, custom-made, and print-on-demand items are non-refundable.

LovieStylesArt will usually a refund, resend, or return option if:

• The product arrives damaged.
• The product is lost in transit.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• There is a significant quality issue.
• The package is not delivered within the guaranteed delivery period (depending on the shipping method).

LovieStylesArt generally does NOT accept returns if:

• The customer simply changes their mind.
• The customer orders the wrong size, color, or style.
• The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
• The tracking shows the package was successfully delivered.
